Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This page is maintained by Aurexrising, LLC to answer common privacy questions about the Aurexrising website. It describes our current data practices and the controls you have when you visit aurexrising.com.
1. Who we are
Aurexrising, LLC (“Aurexrising,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this independent affiliate website. We are not a wireless carrier, and we do not provide mobile service directly. Our site publishes comparisons, recommendations, and reviews that may include affiliate links to third-party services such as US Mobile and UnlockBase.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@aurexrising.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate and improve the site:
- Automatically collected data: When you visit the site, standard server logs and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, and approximate location (country/region level). This helps us understand site traffic and improve content.
- Affiliate link data: When you click an affiliate link, the third-party site (for example, US Mobile or UnlockBase) may receive information such as your browser referrer, IP address, and the fact that you came from Aurexrising. We do not control how those sites process your data.
- Chatbot interactions: If you use the Aire chatbot, your messages may be processed through an AI service provider so the bot can respond. We do not use chat messages to build personal profiles or sell data.
- Voluntary information: We do not currently require you to create an account or submit personal information to browse the site. If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you send.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the site functioning correctly;
- Measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site;
- Improve affiliate link tracking and attribution;
- Deliver and measure the performance of advertising if we enable display ads in the future.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if cookies are blocked.
4. Third-party services and advertising
We may use third-party services to run analytics, display ads, and process affiliate referrals. These services have their own privacy policies:
- Google AdSense and third-party vendors: We use Google AdSense to display ads on this site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Opting out of personalized ads: You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also change your choices at any time through our Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Third-party ad networks operate under their own privacy policies, including the Google Privacy & Terms partner-sites policy.
- Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: Where required, ad and analytics cookies are set only after you give consent through our consent banner, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Children: This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not request child-directed ad treatment because our content is not directed to children.
- Affiliate partners: US Mobile, UnlockBase, and any future affiliate partners process your data on their own sites after you click an affiliate link. Please review their privacy policies before signing up.
- Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to measure site usage. These tools generally do not collect personally identifiable information.
5. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website;
- Measure the popularity of articles and recommendations;
- Track affiliate referrals so we can earn commissions;
- Respond to emails or questions you send us;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the site or as required by law.
6. Data retention and security
We keep log and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, typically for a limited retention period set by our analytics or hosting providers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
- Object to certain processing, including personalized advertising;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- File a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email us at support@aurexrising.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Cookie choices and Global Privacy Control
When you first visit the site we ask for your cookie choices. Only strictly necessary cookies load before you choose; analytics and advertising cookies load only if you allow them. You can change your choices at any time:
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and we keep analytics and advertising cookies off.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. This includes residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws. Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and why;
- Access or receive a portable copy of that information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we hold about you;
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- Not be discriminated against or receive different service for exercising a right;
- Appeal a denied request, and appeal further to your state attorney general.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising and affiliate-tracking cookies may still count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws, so you can turn them off at any time using (also linked in the footer of every page), or by sending a GPC signal.
Notice at collection. We collect identifiers (such as IP address and device/browser data), internet activity (pages viewed, referring site, links clicked), approximate location at country/region level, and any content you voluntarily send us by email or chat. We use it to operate the site, measure traffic, attribute affiliate referrals, and respond to you. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, precise geolocation, or biometric data, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
How to submit a request. Email support@aurexrising.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise and the state you live in. We respond within 45 days (extendable once, where permitted). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. Because we do not require accounts, we may need to ask for limited information to verify a request; we use it only for verification.
Other state notices. Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell covered information. Washington and Nevada consumer health data laws: we do not collect or share consumer health data. We do not currently process personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not run “financial incentive” programs.
10. Children’s privacy
Aurexrising is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Affiliate disclosure
This site contains affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. See our full Affiliate Disclosure on the homepage footer.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
